I love all things strength. The feeling of working hard, the results of a strong capable body, and the health benefits that come along with it.

From collegiate athletics to coaching active adults, I have spent the last few decades experimenting with different types of exercise and how the body responds.

Strength looks different for everyone. I enjoy being able to meet someone where they are and guide them towards more durability and strength.

I love spending time in nature whether hiking, playing volleyball, or enjoying the water! Even though I can be found slinging weights in the gym 3-4x/week, I love to “use my fitness” outside.
